Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ego bot and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Citro Labs ("Citro Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Citro Labs is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. License and Use of the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Citro Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use any automated means to access the Service other than through the interfaces provided.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or any related systems;
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code;
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent;
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Citro Labs server or network.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Citro Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited license set forth in Section 3.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or process through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Citro Labs a limited license to process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CITRO LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. CITRO LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CITRO LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL CITRO LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO CITRO LABS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Citro Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to the Service

Citro Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 5 through 10, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

15. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Citro Labs regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Citro Labs' failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
